The service

Rostack is an operations platform for Roblox groups: ranking, staff management and Robux payouts, with an audit trail. It works by calling Roblox's APIs on your behalf using credentials you choose to connect. Rostack is operated by an individual developer, not a company, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.

Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Rostack. You are responsible for what is done with your account and for keeping your sign-in, and any authenticator you enrol, to yourself. If you own a workspace, you are responsible for who you give seats to and what you let them do; Rostack caps every seat at that person's Roblox rank, but the grant within that cap is yours.

What you agree not to do

Use Rostack in a way that breaks Roblox's Terms of Use or Community Standards; connect a credential for a Roblox account or group you do not own or administer; use the ranking API to harass, extort or defraud; attempt to access another workspace's data; or probe, scan or attack the service. Rostack may suspend an account that does any of these, and will say why.

Credentials you connect

Ranking uses a Roblox Open Cloud API key you create. Payouts require a Roblox account cookie, because Roblox publishes no payout API; that cookie acts as the whole Roblox account. Rostack encrypts it so the website itself cannot read it, and the security page describes exactly how. Connecting it is your decision, and Rostack recommends an account that owns nothing you would mind losing.

Payouts

Rostack plans, approves and sends Robux payouts according to the instructions and limits you set. Robux, once Roblox has processed a payout, cannot be reversed by Rostack or by you. Rostack's guardrails, the approval step and the per-action authenticator code exist to reduce mistakes; they cannot eliminate them, and the amounts you approve are your responsibility. Rostack is not a payment service, holds no funds, and never handles real currency on your behalf.

Availability and liability

Rostack depends on Roblox's APIs, which Roblox may change, rate-limit or withdraw without notice. Rostack is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it will be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Rostack is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Rostack in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and ending

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Rostack may change these terms; material changes are announced in the product before they take effect, and the date at the top changes when the terms do. Continuing to use Rostack after that date means accepting the changed terms.
